Where the details come from

The product guides are grounded in Drive Tone’s current implementation, its free catalog and the setup problems encountered during development around a 2026 Model Y. We distinguish virtual RPM and gears from real vehicle telemetry. We do not present a browser simulation as an exact factory sound reproduction or promise compatibility with every software version.

Writing and site preparation are AI-assisted. Product claims are checked against the app; external feature claims link to primary documentation where relevant. Publication dates describe this edition of each guide. Update dates change when substantive content changes, not automatically every day.

We do not use invented customer quotes, reviews, rankings or compatibility badges. The dashboard illustration on the home page is labeled; the app screenshot shows the actual stopped-engine interface.

BMW M4, Ferrari 458 Italia and Audi R8 V10 Plus are free. Premium expands the current selection to 27 profiles. Check the service page for subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, privacy and support details.

Privacy on this journal

This static journal uses no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, email collection or browser storage. Cloudflare receives normal hosting request information. Links to the app include campaign labels so a referral can be identified by its URL; they contain no account IDs or location data. The app has its own account, billing and privacy terms.

Drive Tone is independent of Tesla, BMW, Ferrari, Audi and other manufacturers. Configure the app while parked and keep warning sounds audible.
